Local map The Washington, D.C. Center is located at 1625 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W., east of Dupont Circle, at the corner of 17th Street and Massachusetts Avenue. Call 202 / 588.0590 for assistance with directions. From points north: Take I-95 to I-495 (the Washington Beltway) to exit 30, Route 29 south, toward Silver Spring. Follow Route 29 to the end, and turn left (this is a left turn around a circle) on 16th Street. Take 16th Street to Scott Circle. Turn right on Massachusetts Avnue. The Washington Center is located at 1625 Massachusetts Avenue, in the Airline Pilots Building. The Center is located three blocks from the Dupont Circle Metro Station.
