Open signOur application season began in December, but some of our programs are still open!

The following programs would love to review your completed application:

The Schoolwide policy requires all application materials to arrive in our office before the deadline. But as you can see, some programs (NOT ALL) will accept applications and materials after the posted deadline.

Once the deadline has passed, applications may close at any time. We do our best to keep you informed of upcoming closings, but cannot guarantee an admissions review if you haven't completed your application before the deadline.

Best wishes to you and your application!

E-mailboxAs part of President Daniel's One University initiative, our JHSPH email addresses (@jhsph.edu) have changed to reflect the larger university we're a part of (@jhu.edu).

This is an ongoing process, so some departments within the Bloomberg School are still using their @jhsph.edu addresses.

Confused? Don't worry. We've been assured that mail sent to @jhsph.edu addresses will be forwarded to the new email. If you experience any issues, please let us know.

Going forward, the general admissions email will be jhsph.admiss@jhu.edu.

Four Seasons in MarylandAs more of our applicants are admitted, we begin receiving more questions about Baltimore and what it’s like to spend a year or two or five in our fine city.

As we brace for a winter storm, what better Baltimore topic to address than the weather!

Full disclosure: as I’ve mentioned before, I’m a native Marylander and I may be biased. But I did spend a few years of my life in Southern California where the weather is nearly always temperate and sunny. And you know what? It got old.

I love Maryland’s four distinct seasons. It’s true that summer is often hot and muggy, but the beach is just two hours away! Winter can be cold and snowy, but who doesn’t love a snow day?  And our extended springs and falls are heaven. But that’s just my opinion.

You can review averages and Baltimore weather statistics for yourself:
