Did you intend to apply to a doctoral program in epidemiology, but missed the December 1 deadline?

The Department of Epidemiology is still accepting doctoral applications!

If you wish to apply, your application and
ALL supporting documents,
MUST BE RECEIVED
by Admissions Services no later than
DECEMBER 28.

Supporting materials include:

• Statement of goals and objectives
• resume or CV
• three letters of recommendations from faculty or supervisors
• official domestic academic transcripts or official credentials evaluation report for international academic records
• GRE test scores
• TOEFL or IELTS test scores if appropriate

The hardest thing about applying to graduate school is waiting for a decision – we know this from all the inquiries we receive!

Once your application is submitted and all your required materials received and processed, your application is sent to the appropriate committee for review.

On average, it takes eight to ten weeks for a decision to be issued. These decisions come directly from the program or department you applied to.

We in admissions are not permitted to relay decisions one way or another.  You can, however, log back into your application to see when a decision has been made.

Remember, we have fourteen different deadlines for degree programs. Make sure you know which one applies to you!

A few words of advice we can’t say enough:

• DON’T wait until the last minute. Submit your application and supporting materials now.
• Your application and materials should arrive to our office before the deadline.
• Familiarize yourself with our process. Know what happens next.
• Check your application regularly and be aware of its status by logging back into your online account.
