Compensation and Benefits
A tuition scholarship for the MPH program is provided.
The base stipend for residency-funded trainees in the first year of the program is $42,000; residents in the second year of the program receive a stipend of $45,000. Military-sponsored trainees are paid their usual military salaries. The chief resident receives a salary supplement of $1,500/year.
All residents receive a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

- Liability insurance
Health and dental coverage for family members is available at an additional cost; residents pay the difference between individual and family premiums.
Residents have three weeks of vacation per year. Funding is provided to attend at least one conference per year.
