Preventive Medicine Elective for Medical Students

Medical students enrolled in LCME-accredited medical schools in the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada may apply for a one-month elective rotation in preventive medicine. Applications are handled through the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine registrar’s office. The rotation is formally precepted by Dr. Miriam Alexander and supervised by our chief resident.

Preventive Medicine Elective for Residents

Physicians in primary care residency training programs may apply for a one-month elective rotation in preventive medicine, formally precepted by Dr. Miriam Alexander, program director, and supervised by our chief resident.
