Graduate Training Programs in Clinical Investigation

How to Apply

Applicants must submit an application to document successful completion of a Baccalaureate or advanced degree and evidence of previous or ongoing involvement in the clinical research enterprise.

This is usually done prior to registering for the first course, but can be done after completing one course satisfactorily, provided all program requirements were completed.

JHU Faculty, Staff and Fellows

Admission to the training program may be granted to faculty, trainees and staff of the medical institutions who are or expect to be fully engaged in clinical investigation.  There is no application deadline; participants may apply and begin the program at any point during the academic year.

Application for Johns Hopkins Faculty, Staff and Fellows

Non-JHU Scientist and Investigators

In addition, non-JHU affiliated investigators and their staff may enroll in the on-site or online training program with appropriate credentials and experience.  External applicants must submit a complete application, a copy of the most recent college/university transcript, and a letter of recommendation from supervisory personnel or employer.  Please submit all application materials together. There is no application deadline; participants may apply and begin the program at any point during the academic year.
