Winter Institute 2011 participants may register for academic credit or audit. A non-credit option is not available for the Winter Institute. Please refer to the course descriptions for the credit value of each course. Courses taken for audit may not be retroactively converted to academic credit after the conclusion of the Institute. Students registered as special students limited may accumulate a maximum of 16 credits. After 16 credits have been earned, application to and acceptance in special student regular or degree status is required. Special Students Limited, new Training Certificate Students, Students from other Johns Hopkins University divisions, including the School of Medicine and Postdoctoral Fellows should register using this link. (Interdivisional registrations are not permitted for the winter term). https://isis.jhu.edu/PNOnlineApp/start.aspx After registering, School of Medicine Students and School of Medicine Post-Doctoral Fellows should go to the SOM Registrar's office (733 N. Broadway, Suite 147) to pick up a payment voucher. This voucher must be submitted directly to the JHSPH Business Office (615 N. Wolfe St., Suite W1101). Registration requests will not be processed until tuition payment for all courses is received. Continuing students and newly admitted MPH students may register online at https://isis.jhu.edu/sswf. Degree-seeking students registering after the deadline should use this form. Late registration Students wishing to drop Winter Institute courses should use this form. Drop Form. Winter Institute coursees may be dropped through the first day of the course.

The deadline for application is Friday, December 10, 2010. All applicants who register after this date will be charged a $100 late registration fee. Degree-seeking students who miss the deadline cannot use ISIS to register but must use a hard copy registration form. See the downloadable form for late registration above. Students may drop or add a course during the first day. After the first day there will be no refund of tuition, nor will it be possible to add a course more than one day after the start date. Special students must pay in full at the time of registration. Statements for Winter Institute tuition for newly admitted MPH and continuing students will be posted electronically at https://isis.jhu.edu on January 13, 2011. Payment for Winter Institute courses will be due on January 21, 2011. Financial assistance is not available for the 2011 Winter Institute.
