BA in Psychology, Minor in Computer Science, Towson University, May 2000 I provide data management and computer services to the staff. Duties include designing data collection systems, ensuring data accuracy, and creating datasets for statistical analysis. I also administer a DELL NT server and troubleshoot and resolve all computer problems. I choose and install new computers and maintain the PCs that we currently have. I like designing systems for collecting and storing information. This includes setting up computers and designing computer structures to collect data, organizing quality assurance procedures to verify the accuracy of data, and being a resource to analysts and other staff who need details about data and data collection procedures.

I also function as a back-up facilitator and am responsible for the field placement of participants. I enjoy the variety of duties that my position allows me. I also enjoy the daily interaction with people in the community and learning ways to help our community. I am happy to be a part of the Lighthouse research team. |
