| The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of a peer-educator intervention focused on drug and sexual networks versus HIV voluntary counseling (VCT) on reducing the rate of HIV risk behaviors among active IDUs and members of their HIV risk network in St. Petersburg, Russia. The Lighthouse Studies at Peer Point, a member of the Johns Hopkins family, supports an atmosphere free of discrimination on the basis of gender, marital status, pregnancy, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, or legally protected characteristic. |
