| Thank you for your interest in the Baltimore Neighborhood Research Consortium (BNRC). Since June 2002, the BNRC has been active at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. The meetings are open to anyone interested in neighborhood research as it relates to public health. Our specific interests vary from physical and mental health to geography and community organizing. The BNRC is comprised of faculty, students, fellows, and staff from within several schools at Johns Hopkins, as well as other universities in the Greater Baltimore area. In addition, the BNRC benefits from participation by leaders from non-profit community organizations and libraries, as well as City government agencies. All share an interest in helping to improve the quality of life in Baltimore City neighborhoods. Please read more about the purpose and objectives of this group. This website provides general information about the BNRC, as well as links to our discussion readings and research. |
